3 Year contract (renewable)
Single and family contracts available.
Generous Tax free basic salary. 15 000 - 27 875 Qatari Riyals per month. 27 875 QR is /- 5700 GBP / 6500 EUR / 7600 USD. Salary paid in QR.
Free fully furnished accommodation provided. 
Transport allowance of 1250 QAR per month added to your basic salary. 
Free "round trip" (to and from home country) flight tickets on joining, annual leave, and on repatriation. For those with family contract offered this will be also be applicable for your family (wife and up to 3 children up to 18 years old).
School allowance: 21 000 QAR (maximum) for up to 3 children (ages 5- 18) per child per academic year provided that they are studying in private schools in Doha.
40 days paid annual vacation days.
End of Service Award (at end of contract) which is one month's salary for each year worked.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all pharmacy units activities. His duties covers personnel management and provision of pharmacuitical services in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Communicates with all levels of hospital departments and helps in solving in-work problems. Participates in the development of criteria and strategies for recruitment of competent departmental personnel. Participates in preparing annual reports and annual budgets. Prepares the annual evaluation reports of the staff performance in coordination with supervisors of different sections. Prepares the monthly work schedule for all the pharmacy sections as well as the annual vacation for the staff. Assists the director with administrative duties in managing daily operations of the department. Assists with the maintenance and care of department equipment supplies, storage, records and files. Assumes responsibilities for department in absence of department head. Participates in training and directing the new staff. Performs other duties as requested. Covers 24 hours on call duties, evening and night shifts, weekends and holidays 24 hours shifts.

Minimum Requirements
LICENSE: Valid Primary License from the country of origin if applicable AND should be eligible for license in the State of Qatar within the Supreme Council of Health”.
Diplomas
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
First Degree of Pharmacy for example: B.Pharm Degree (Bachelor of Pharmacy) OR B.Sc Pharmacy Degree (Bachelor of Science Pharmacy). WITH at least 4 years Full Time LICENSED professional pharmacy experience including at least 2 years managerial responsibility. 18 Years will be highly preferred for Bachelor candidates.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
MSc Pharm/MPharm OR Pharm.D Degree (Doctor of Pharmacy) WITH 12 years experience in hospital setting.
