Description
Responsibility
· Provide customer chat support ,regarding product and relevant information
. Clarifying customer complaint and determining the cause of problem
. Investigate and analysis on member detail
. Compile a daily activity report
Skills
. Must know Mandarin
· 18-30 years old
· Minimum secondary level
· Fresh graduates are welcomed
· Experience working in customer service industry is advantageous ,but not essential
· Willing to work shift hour
· Chinese typing speed moderate

Willing to relocate to Philippine Manila
