Position Title: Process Executive (Native Cambodian)
Salary Package: up to RM4,000 allowance
Location: KL
Working Hours: Normal
Job description:
• Assist customers over phone/email while providing a delightful customer experience.
• Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements.
• Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
• Take action on process transactions and handle the same with proper research.
• Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
• Adhere to process norms and structure.
Job Requirement:
- At least 1 year working experience in a corporate environment
- Able to speak/read/write Cambodian language
- Able to communicate in English
