Package
3 Year contract (renewable).
Single contract for unmarried candidates, while Family contract offered for married candidates.
Generous Tax free basic salary. From 11 400 - 21 000 QAR per month. Use www.xe.com for currency conversions.
21000 QAR is equal to /- 5800 USD / 5100 EUR / 4400 GBP / 84600 ZAR.
Free fully furnished accommodation provided.
Transport allowance of 1250 QAR per month added to your basic salary.
Free "round trip" (to and from home country) flight tickets on joining, annual leave, and on repatriation. For those with family contract offered this will be also be applicable for your family (wife and up to 3 children up to 18 years old).
School allowance: 21 000 QAR (maximum) for up to 3 children (ages 5- 18) per child per academic year provided that they are studying in private schools in Doha.
40 days paid annual vacation days.
End of Service Award (at end of contract) which is one month's salary for each year worked.
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Level
Professional clinical management qualification or substantial clinical experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 6 years experience including 3 years at senior level in management of clinical operations.
Strong management skills, with management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrate experience working across departments and with external partners.
Proven track record in change management with problem solving skills
Experience of working and managing in a operations related discipline
Proven experience in strategic change management.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Advanced Computer skills (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

JOB SUMMARY:
Position Summary:
Will support the Executive Director of Clinical operations & performance, in overall management of clinical quality initiatives as designing and developing the improvement protocol and plans and managing the clinical operation improvement and performance.
Principal Accountabilities:
Develop work plan with deliverables and timeline; Manage department resources within structure of the work plan. Oversee, coordinate and assigns project work and reviews workload for all team members.
Provide line management oversight for the clinical operations functions & projects
Support the department training plan to ensure new and existing staff have the knowledge and skills to competently perform their job functions.
Support project/team & hospital managers by appropriate coaching to meet individual and department goals; Train and develop the Project Management
Staff, which may involve face-to-face training sessions.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department teams, Identify inefficiencies in workflow; work with teams to create and implement solutions.
Responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting metrics designed to improve and assess performance, including speed and effectiveness of performance, training and accuracy of screening, recruitment, protocol adherence, data collection and reporting.
Provide management with routine updates regarding the status of programs
Manage operationally the Clinical care improvement training program, Multi-departmental Grand round , Clinical Service reviews, Physician relevant standards, internal performance improvement framework under the supervision of immediate supervisor
Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
