Description
We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join the business support team.
Candidates with Bachelors/Master degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement / Supply Chain department in an engineering industry is preferred.
Weight-age will be given to applicants with Degree / diploma / Certification in Supply Chain and or Procurement will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
. Knowledge about Kuwait’s import regulations and documentation;
· hands on experience with ERP System (SAP in specific);
· Liaising with vendors, contractors, customs clearance agents and internal customers for timely delivery / execution of material.
. Ensuring the day to day procurement and other related administrative records of the Company are maintained timely and accurately;
· Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly procurement report including analysis etc.;
