Description
We are a small, Europe based, IT company with a headquarter in London, UK. We provide an online platform (webside), where people can sell or buy different kind of stuff, such as mainly houses and cars, but also furniture and any other valuable things. We, as a company, are not selling anything, we only provide a webside, where other people can offer things for sale or buy things they need. One part of the webside is also reserved for job announcements.
The description about the job position:
• Full time (5 days/week; 8 hours/day).
Answering questions of our customers, coming via e-mails and phone calls, will be your main responsibility. No worries - you are NOT selling anything! People are calling to you and your only task is to answer them. For sure, we will provide training and explain you everything! :-)
You will also be in charge of translation between Khmer and English.You will translate our English webside into Khmer version. For this reason, you need to have an excellent knowledge or Khmer and Khmer grammar. As none of us speaks Khmer, you need to have a very good knowledge of English as well. In case of English, perfect grammar is not necessary.
The duties to be carried out for the position:
• Customer support (answering questions of our customers by phone /e-mail)
• Translation of various kinds of documents (Khmer to English, English to Khmer)
• Contact with local authorities, administrative work
