Description
We are looking for someone who has a passion for the German culture and its people, interested in learning how to manage car bookings in Germany and worldwide, to integrate a team known and praised by our customers as having an amazing spirit of unity and team spirit.
Join our professional playground and you’ll develop:
• Booking management (create new reservations, update/amend and cancel reservations)
• Provide support on all the lines of business and guidance over online platform self-help areas
• Forwarding complaints through the “Catch and dispatch” system of sending them to the appropriate Department, no direct complaint handle
• Providing support for the loyalty points users and managing their accounts.
• Call and e-mail handling
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent or native in German with a good command of English
• Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, from 7 am to 7pm
• Excellent listening and communication skills. Positive attitude and team spirit
• Excited about building a friendly yet professional relationship with the customer
• Ease in multitasking several applications at once
