Customer Support Representatives for Germany
Evervue Philippines is looking for a Filipino Bilingual who can speak German or a native German residing in the Philippines to handle our German market. We are looking for individuals within Metro Manila who are smart, organized, goal-oriented, optimistic, and passionate at what they do.

Skills
Responsibilities:
• Talking to customers over the phone, through email, or through chat to assist with inquiries, purchase and other needs.
• Providing feedback and recommendations to customer concerns
• Processes client's request for quotation and/or re-quotation.
• Provide support for customers
General Skills and Qualification:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in related field
• Required Language Skills: English, German (Speaking and Writing)
• Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules
• Team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
