Our Client: A reputed real estate developer based in KSA specializing in High End residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Your Role: You will lead the execution of the company real estate growth and development, and manage the whole development process for the real estate pipeline. You would be responsible for analyzing potential acquisition targets, conducting feasibility studies and due diligence; providing ‘best use’ input into development plans, master planning, Liaisoning with architects, assisting in the negotiation of contracts and agreements; maximizing returns through the pursuit of strategies for value creation; reviewing and analyzing current business, participating in planning and monitoring of capital expenditure projects; reviewing and critique annual marketing plans and budgets; asset positioning and make comparisons to market competitors; assembling and evaluating market and economic data; preparation of financial projections, valuations and quarterly investment performance reports. Primarily would be responsible for overall supervision of all projects development & approval of budgets through board.

Must Have: You must be holding Minimum 10-15 years of experience ideally in hospitality industry or appraisal firm, brokerage firm, private equity firm or investment bank. Must be very high on analytical skills with great financial accumen.
