A. Provide Administrative Support
- Have good attention to detail for content upload;
- Provides administrative assistance to product managers, including updating partner data into the system; maintaining up-to-date information to relevant database / confluence / tools / other platform as needed;
- Handle administrative work by collaborating closely with the cross-functional team, i.e. finance, sales, and product team;
- Maintains new and existing product data;
- Performs variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures;
- Understand the way merchandising platform works;
- Understand nature of different product categories and come up with proposed selection of items to be merchandised.
B. Provide data reporting
- Gather & collect necessary information / data for reporting;
- Conduct analysis for reporting; provide basic insight.
C. Operational Support
- Provide product operational support to product manager;
- Help to solve & follow through operational problems by coordinating with various stakeholder;
- Familiar with relevant tools to do checking & identification of problems.
D. Project support for specific features/product
- Provide support for specific project and/or smallest stream under the project;
- Do testing based on reference/checklist given by PM and report result;
- Document on how-to-use / product guideline.
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university;
- Good attention to detail for data entry;
- Good at using Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite;
- Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia, via verbal and written medium.
