Position Description:
We are seeking a Retail Business Systems Analyst to join the new established Saudi Aramco Retail Company (SARC) within the Marketing, Sales & Supply Planning Admin Area.
Your primary role will be to establish, maintain, and evolve the business systems and enterprise management systems implemented for SARC. SARC is a newly established organization for Saudi Aramco and is entering into the fuel retail business. As such, new systems will need to be selected, established, implemented, and maintained for the new organization. You will be at the heart of this effort. As the business evolves, so too with the systems which the business has in place.
You will work individually and as part of a team with functional support and guidance from line supervisors and SARC management.

Minimum Requirements:
As a successful candidate, you will have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Physical Sciences.
You will have seven year’s diversified experience in Computer Systems Analysis and/or systems engineering as well as demonstrated abilities in problem analysis and resolution. You will have experience with retail business systems, ideally related to the fuel retail business. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in establishing and implementing IT business systems and will have experience in SAP.

You will be expected to perform the following:
Interface between the Saudi Aramco IT systems and the Saudi Aramco Retail Company’s IT systems and network and work as a focal point for all IT related issues.
Collaborate and take an active role in the selection, establishment, and implementation of SARC network and business systems.
Prepare conversion plans and user installation plans for SARC IT systems and networks.
Work with organizations at all levels (i.e., IT, HR, Finance, Law, etc.) in order to maintain an overall corporate management information system for SARC, subsidiaries, and JV partnerships.
Conduct feasibility studies and prepare feasibility reports, and prepare project proposal reports.
Prepare the user manuals and associated documentation resulting from SARC business system implementation.
Provide the support, advice, and business procedures necessary to maintain the integrity of data within the SARC business systems and with Saudi Aramco.
Provide training to operational and staff personnel in order to maximize the effectiveness of business systems within SARC.
You will be expected to perform the following:
