What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced leader to join our growing Professional Services team with a focus on the technical delivery aspect of our services. This individual would build and lead a team of solution architects, technical deployment specialists, localisation analysts, technical support and consultants. They would bridge the gap between the core functionalities and technical aspects of our products and services into frameworks and tools that enable our customer patient care journey. They must be client-facing, dynamic, motivational, strategic and solution focused leaders ready to collaborate with other functions for long-term success in our products and our clients.
Requirements
- Responsible for overall structure, definition and management of the technical delivery services pillar of our professional services organisation including: solution architecture, technical delivery (including integration and infrastructure), BI/data analytics, product customisation/localisation, documentation and support.
- Sets and maintain the standards, tools and methodology for technical service delivery that will expand to other regions around our global practice
- Ensures quality of our technical service delivery globally with understanding of regional needs
- Work collaboratively with internal functions like commercial, engineering, finance and design to create solutions that will carry our brand forward from what clients will need to succeed
- Manages our technical support function for client delivery
Who fits the role?
- You will have worked in a technical delivery environment with a strong track record of delivering customer satisfaction through all stages of pre-sales, implementation and aftercare
- You have experience in new product introduction and/or start-ups that has given you an instinct for bringing structure and quality to the chaos of unproven solutions
- You need to think logically and creatively to find different solutions
- You have proven you can work with people from around the world, taking the time to understand their local nuances and challenges, without getting bogged down in why something might not work or may not be working
- You are invigorated by delivering impact – and seeing the tangible effects
- You motivate and empower your team members to deliver exceptional services that add value
- There’s a lot to do, so we need someone who can prioritise and make decisions intelligently using data to direct them
