Identifies individual and collective learning needs of nurses.
- Plan & arrange Nurses / Doctors and AHP Induction Training Program.
- Conducts demonstration, teaching sessions and training sessions for new orientees and guide them with preceptors throughout the orientation period.
- Plans and conducts continuing nursing education program for RNs and Doctors
- Organizes ward teaching programs (Area Specific - Modules).
- Assists in formulation of policies and procedures and participates in implementation of
- On the Job supervision of RN in their patient care unit.
- Assists in organizing programmes & conferences and arrange staff to participate in

- Co-ordinates with Nurses Educator and medical Director in conduction of certificate programs (BLS, ACLS,
