QA Associate - Global Managed Services & Support

The QA Associate will be part of the Global Managed Services & Support team that provides
24x7 monitoring, operations and support services to our clients. The successful candidate
should be a service professional that works actively on preventing mistakes ensuring the
quality of our service delivered to our customers. The QA Team constantly verifies whether
our service meets the required specifications and customer expectations. QA is a process driven approach that facilitates and
defines goals regarding process design, development
and final implementation. QA's primary goal is tracking and resolving deficiencies in our service release.
Responsibilities include:
? Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identify delivery
risks, and obtain/drive mitigation strategies and solutions
? Define and track quality assurance metrics
? Ability to work in a team and as an individual
? Create quality status reports and escalate issues effectively internally
? Risk assessment and mitigation experience
? Perform quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards,
procedures and methodologies are being followed
? Work in an international team
The QA Analyst will be a professional with at least 2-5 years of QA role experience. The
candidate will have an excellent time management skills, enabling work on multiple tasks
concurrently, strong verbal and written communication skills, sharp attention to detail and a
drive for perfection.

Required Skills and Education:
Currently studying or have University/College degree in Computer Science or related field
? Understanding of development process and QA methodologies, tools and processes
? Communicate effectively with different audiences (non-technical and peer) both written and verbal
? Focused on customer service at all times
? Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to think outside the box
? Experience with Servers, routers, switches, hubs, firewalls and networking equipment
? Effective analytical, communication and time management skills
