The Profile:
Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests.
Assist in reducing stock loss by observing all company procedures.
Process all sales and collection of customer database in an efficient manner in line with the company procedures.
Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
The Essentials:
Graduate or Diploma holder
Minimum a year experience in a retail/Customer Service industry.
Willingness to work in shifts, special occasions or on holidays.
Good command in MS office applications.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
Basic understanding of mobile/tablets/accessories/telecom products & key features /specifications is an advantage.
