Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronic)
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
Good Knowledge of technical training methods and training theory.
Good communication, performance and interpersonal skills
Cooperation and team spirit
bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Prepare training material/tools/methods for technical training e.g setters
Execute setter training & maintain record of training
Organize technical training opportunities from external provider e.g suppliers
Formalize set up/change over best practice & record keeping methods e.g check sheet
Provide improvement on technical training program effectiveness and efficiency
Support all program in operations training center
Interaction:
Interaction between the main production departments and operation departments.
Main contacts with the department’s industrial engineering, productivity and projects, technical service and operational service.
