We are currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales person. it's fully remote!

Previous experience in high-level customer service is helpful but is not required.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide daily comprehensive support for sales, including creating and managing proposals.
* Communicate frequently with the sales team to handoff communications, capture information, and encourage customer loyalty.
* Engage with field technicians in both English and Spanish daily to answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer advice and solutions amidst difficult solutions.
* Prepare detailed daily, weekly & monthly sales reports containing relevant information on prospects regarding leads, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
* Attend regular meetings as required with the office to discuss individual and company goals and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
* Organize and coordinate special occasions holiday incentives for employees.
* Process requests for additional supplies and tracking inventory

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Reliable and detail-oriented with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods
* Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
* Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Google Sheets/Docs/Chrome, CRM's
* Highly proficient with computer skills
