In light of its expansion and its success in the Portuguese market, Conceptance Lda, exclusive distributor of a well-known French Bioclimatic Pergola premium brand, focusing on tailormade and high-end products including pergolas, sun breakers, carports, and motorized blinds, is looking for a technical-commercial (M/F) for the region of Porto.
We are looking for a candidate that is focused and motivated to sell to private clients. You carry significant experience in the sales of verandas and/or carpentry and/or home construction or equivalents.
With the help of different tools provided by us, you will oversee developing the business volume in your sector.
You must be dynamic, organized, and capable of developing a geographical sector.
Your mission:
-Ensure the commercial development of the Porto area with private clients.
-Offer the best solutions based on the needs of each client.
-Present the projects with the help of 3D drawings.
95% of the leads will be provided to you.
-Training and support along the way will allow you to succeed very fast.
-Your role is to sell to and accompany clients from the first point of contact throughout the sale until the realization of their project with a personalized offer and adapted solutions.
-To succeed, you will be trained in a personalized and constant manner on the products and services offered by the company. With time, you will autonomously develop the activity with all the tools provided by us.
-Based on quote requests/leads received thanks to various marketing campaigns
-Develop your B2C client portfolio
-Contact architects and designers

-You have significant sales experience in carpentry/metal works, solar protections, real estate, B2C high-end product & services…
