Job Description
• Able to handle full set of accounts for group of companies, preparation of journal entries and general ledger entries and final accounts for timely closing of monthly accounts
• Prepare accrual journal and inter co-journal
• Prepare and maintain depreciation listing and monthly general provisions.
• Perform bank and inter- company balances reconciliation
• Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required
• Prepare reconcile aging report
• Follow up all the payments in dues
• Deal with internal queries about payments
• Develop long term customers relationship and follow up on the progress status with the aim to meet the customer’s satisfaction level
• Proactively review and improve collection system, methods & resources to yield optimum collection efficiency and productivity
• Prepare and compile complete documents to proceed with legal action as per SOP
• Promptly response to customer enquiries regarding payment updates in SOA
• Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required
