Our client, a leading online gaming company is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills
Have previous experience working in the iGaming industry
Fluent in English and at least one other language including either Swedish, Finnish, German or Norwegian
Be self-motivated and able to stick to deadlines or timelines that may arise
Have a sparkling personality that can easily deal with people
Be able to work shifts
Think outside of the box when necessary. This may include writing social media posts or accepting other responsibilities if they arise
