Requirements:
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language
• Currently residing in the Philippines
• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance and/or any business course
• 2-3 similar experience is an advantage
• Can start As soon as possible

Responsibilities:
• Manages a team in terms of process concerns and improvements
• Address and Handles complex transaction such us deductions, troubleshooting customer account clearing activities
• Monitors the overall process performance
• Assures knowledge management sharing and provides the training within the team.
• Acts as a main contact point of all customer and clients
• Assist customers in their queries and concerns
• Propose ideas to ensure the improvement of the team's customer service
• Tracks cash collection targets and advises on potential and significant deviation in order to escalate it properly.
• Escalates any issue with the bank statement which may affect the collection process
• Conducts coaching and training session with team members
