Position Overview: 

NetRefer is seeking to recruit a strongly motivated Marketing Communications Executive (MCE) with a passion for technology, innovation and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination, preparation and distribution of all NetRefer marketing communications, both internal and external, whilst working with key stakeholders across the business.

This position requires an individual who is confident, has excellent communication skills (both written verbal) and who can demonstrate a passion for business development, marketing within a technology driven business and be able to demonstrate such by previous involvement with marketing communications activities either whilst at University or within community projects. 



Essential Job Functions: 

Coordinate, prepare and distribute marketing communications amongst stakeholders;
Apply the latest trends in Digital Marketing, Advertising, PR, Media, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing to promote NetRefer projects;
Create marketing plans;
Organise trade shows; 
Plan and organise customer events; 
Monitor and manage the marketing budget; 
Develop marketing materials to generate sales leads; 
Produce press releases; 
Support the Team in the creation and management of a professional marketing content style;
Ensuring an innovative, authoritative image reflecting the culture of the company in advertising, email marketing, client communications, social media, website content and marketing & sales collateral;
Travel visits to clients, exhibitions and photo shoots may be required.


Knowledge, skills and experience required: 

Good organisational and planning skills; 
Excellent written and verbal communication; 
Strong consumer and product awareness; 
The ability to work on multiple projects at one time; 
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines; 
Good attention to detail and accuracy; 
Strong IT skills; 
Good knowledge of marketing techniques; 
Self-motivation; 
The ability to be a team player; 
Good creative skills;
Graduate degree in a relevant subject such as marketing, media studies or communication would be considered as an advantage;
Previous work experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset.
