Description

What is expected of you?
-Ensure efficiency, quality and affordability across the design, installation, commissioning and handing over of all the systems
-Review installation plans and specifications to ensure that the building and clients’ needs are delivered
-Co-ordinate services required
-Review projects from a financial aspect
-Ensure that all regulations and health and safety requirements are met
-Participate in meetings, present ideas and progress reports to managers and clients
What are you expected to bring?
-A minimum of 4 years’ experience in building services (mechanical / electrical)
-Possess a valid Driving Licence
-Excellent proficiency in both Maltese & English
-Knowledge of current construction practices and safety on site
