Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Communicating scheduled maintenance upgrades. Solving password problems. Communicate with customers and computer users and be able to determine the nature of the problems they encounter. Fixing various malfunctions and investigating, diagnosing software and hardware malfunctions.
