Description
Real Estate – Property management – Tours
Our partner group companies are seeking administrative support to accounting team. Must be efficient, customer-focused, have a high attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be a team player.
-Communicate with international clients via email
-Verify bank deposits and incoming transfers
-Assist with maintenance of bank records and financial records
-Database management to ensure it is accurate and all necessary documentation is received
-Tracking new sale stages (recording details in database, adding payment terms, sending invoices and receipt, etc.)
-Review invoices from agencies for accurate details and calculations listed on invoices
-Provide accounting team with schedule for payments that are due
-Work with spreadsheets for weekly and monthly reports
-Attend weekly sales manager meetings to verify the accuracy of the stages
Qualification
-Thai or Foreign
-Excellent command of English and computer literacy – proficient use of Excel
Experience in a process-based position or similar position preferred.
-Necessary to have motorbike/car to drive to different locations (on an as needed basis).
Working hours: Mon-Sat 9am – 5pm (Another Saturday off) / 6 day off per month.
Work permit provided
Standard Thai holidays and leave
3 month trial period
Salary - Condition and salary depend on negotiations.
