This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales &person to join our Real Estate agency in Phuket.
We are looking for a hard-working individual with a high attention to detail to assist in bringing properties to the market and closed the deal.
Visa and work permit is provided with salary, commission, Incentive, Lift Insurance, Company car.
**We can teach you knowledge about property sales and lettings law. We are looking for person willing to learn!
- Bachelor or higher degree in any fields.
- Male or female with good personality and business looks.
- Hard working and looking to make a change in life
- Specialize in commercial property and businesses or in letting and managing properties.
- Excellent in communication and negotiation.
- Good command in English both written and spoken, language is a plus.
- Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers.
- Car Driver License
- Successful BDC professionals have come from a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate has customer service and/or a general sales background of some sort, (electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)
- Requires strong communication and phone skills in order to work most effectively with customers
- Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and to keep the website data up-to-date
- Excellent follow through and follow up skills
- Flexible with working hours and good responsive.

- Proficient in basic Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Strong presentation skills, problem solving skills, multi-tasking skills, and prioritization and delegation abilities.

- experience thinking strategically about marketing needs and executing successful marketing plans.
Working hours: Mon - Saturday (every another Saturday off) / 6 days off per month. but be available to work during day odd or holiday (if have appointment with client)
