• Maintain Book Keeping upto preparation of Financial Statements
• Handling routine Local & Foreign Banking operations – Project Financing / Fund raising
• Prepare / Filing of Direct & Indirect Tax Returns (Income Tax, VAT)
• Handling Statutory & generic audits.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS - Ratios / Fund Planning, Cost Control etc.
• Preparation of Accounts Receivable / Accounts payable statements
• Preparation of Budgeting & comparison
• Handling direct and indirect tax assessments and litigations.
• Fund and cash flow management.
• Should have expert Knowledge of Import / export procedures.
• Liaoning with local & statutory/government authorities. Knowledge of Accounting software like Quikbook and Tally 9.
