Position Description
Our fast-growing marketing team is looking for a talented communications coordinator. Working closely with our CEO and marketing team your main responsibilities will be managing our social media channel output (LinkedIn, twitter, Facebook) as well as copywriting and content generation . You should have experience in writing thought pieces, micro posts as well as review all outgoing campaign material, you would also have extensive knowledge in marketing communications development and strategy adherence. You would also possess killer reporting and analytical skills with a strong understanding of campaign runs and optimization. As we are a global business and our marketing content operates as such, it is imperative that you speak and write natively in English. Having previous experience with global retailers would be a big plus however not a requirement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
·Managing our social media channel output.
Designs marketing and promotional materials for the company.
·Reviews work completed by associates.
·Edits all promotional materials prior to distribution.
·Distributes print and online marketing materials.
·Analyses companys social media and online presence.
·Contributes to company blog or website.
·Assists in redesigning company website as necessary.
·Maintains company presence on social media sites like Twitter and Facebook.
·Writes content for editorial and publishing purposes.
Prepares employees for media appearances and interviews.
·Researches ways to reach a wider consumer base, either online or in print.
·Advises company directors or managers on ways to improve or update public image.
·Ensures that all promotional materials are aligned with companys brand identity.
·Addresses and resolves any problems that may arise with promotional content or distribution of materials.
·Serves as point of contact for media inquiries.

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or Journalism

·5 years min of experience working in the marketing and communication sector.
