The Massive Local IT team is dedicated to deliver fantastic IT experience enabling the Studio to continue to deliver the best games in the world. To support this vision we want to grow our on-site support team.
As a Local IT Technician your primary role is to deliver IT Services to the organization, ranging from simple services such as enabling desktop workstations and supplying mobile phones to more complex services like installing servers and provisioning compute capacity (servers/virtual machines). You’ll work in close cooperation with the rest of the IT team and the different projects where you’ll try to deliver world class services.

You’ll work in close cooperation with the rest of the IT team and the different projects where you’ll try to deliver world class services.
This is a permanent position located onsite in Malmö, Sweden
Responsibilities
- Providing high-standard client support (IRL, chat, mail and the service desk system)
- Handling all levels of technical support (1st and 2nd line) in a professional and timely manner
- Developing a clear understanding of the client needs to give better support
- Continuously helping and improving existing IT processes and tools
- Specialize in at least one area to become an expert (examples: license purchases or be responsible for the streaming equipment)

The studio is located in Malmö, Sweden and fully owned by Ubisoft Entertainment, the world’s third largest independent video game publisher. We are around 480 people from 38 different countries working together to produce major titles such as World in Conflict, Far Cry 3, Tom Clancy’s The Division and our latest Avatar Project.
- Proven work experience with IT and related education
- In depth knowledge about IT troubleshooting and incident handling (both hardware and software)
- Documented experience of the Microsoft platform (MacOS experience is beneficial)
- Skills in scripting/programming is not required but a strong advantage (PowerShell, C#, Bash)
- If you have experience solving IT tickets at a large organisation (50+ employees), it would be considered an advantage.
