The role
Leading project from its inception to execution, full scale in managing people, process and system.
A bit more about the team
You will be working with the PMO Team in Hong Kong and Shen Zhen, directly report to BOD(Board of Directors) The team is a relatively small team that manages projects within operations as well cross products and cross functions, spanning across business processes and technology.
What will you be doing
- Run project intra or inter function
- partner with experts across the organization
- Think strategically & make business cases that align to the strategic vision
- Identify project issues, understand impacts of issues & drive them to resolution
- Manage key stakeholders and keep them informed
It would be great if you are
- A fast learner, curious, adaptable, proactive, logical
- A strong written and verbal communicator both English and Chinese, willing to interacting with colleagues/stakeholders at all levels
- An expert at building networks and connections
- Comfortable in challenging current status in order to evaluate issue and make effective improvements
- Delighted to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft professional suite
