Job Description
In this position, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with one of our Hyundai dealerships clients to set up appointments with Sales Representatives. Methods of communication include Phone Calls, Internet Inquiries and Unsold Traffic Calls. You will also have to contact customers when their financing or lease is near it end and do courtesy calls. Additionally, you will also support follow-ups and various events as requested by dealership.

Requirements:
- 1-year experience in a call centre environment
- Dynamic and Positive
- Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
- Experience in the automotive industry (Not required but an asset)

- Excellent sales approach, abilities of persuasion
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
