- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule sales activity
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Implement and maintain sales and promotional materials
- Implement and conduct direct marketing activities
- Make sales visit to new and existing customers
- Show and make presentations of company products and to current and potential customers
- Negotiate with customers
- Develop sales proposals monthly (bottom up plan).
- Complete the present sales contracts (ALS, AVS).
- Maintain sales activity in place
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good customers relationships.
- Follow up on sales activity and collection.
- Perform weekly trade stock inventory and attend the delivery
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up with your manager.
- Participate in sales events and meeting.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product developmentExperience / Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 to 2 years sales management experience with blue chip FMCG company or distributor.
- Will have the flexibility to adapt to local customs and be able to modify FMCG / multinational methods to local environment.
- Professional level proficiency with written and spoken English and Arabic.Skills:
