Required skills, qualifications and experience
- Experience supporting and imaging Windows 10 devices.
- Detailed knowledge of supporting Microsoft Office 2013/365 applications.
- Experience with remote desktop support.
- Experience with mobile device support.
- Ability to communicate IT training to customers
- Experience with support of laptop hardware (HP and/or Dell desired).
- High comfort with audio visual IT equipment (servers, touch screens, projectors, av switches, audio systems etc.)
- Competent in running and terminating network cabling and dressing IT cabinets
- Knowledge and experience of switches/routers on LAN/WAN/WIFI networks (Cisco/and/or Juniper desired).
- Experience of WAN protocols such as MPLS/DSL etc desired
- Ability and willingness to travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabi and occasional international travel.
- Good written and verbal English and Arabic language communication skills.
- Ability to liaise and interact with high profile individuals
- Ability to work independently without appreciable direction.
- Ability to write, update and maintain written processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot network and desktop issues
- Appropriate Microsoft & Cisco Certifications or ability to demonstrate skills.
- College Degree in related IT field or equivalent experience/combined education.
Desired skills, qualifications and experience
- Experience with Windows Server Operating systems and servers
- Experience with disk encryption and secure environments.
- Knowledge of IP CCTV and access control systems
- Experience with Oblong Mezzanine collaboration hardware
