JOB PURPOSE
The job holder is responsible to support the daily office administration tasks of relevant department or division and manages information flow in – out of department.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure operational daily/weekly/monthly annual reports are updated and submitted on time
- Ensures staff related Human Resources information is circulated and understood explicitly
- Coordinates renewal of licenses, contracts, agreements with third parties and prepares purchase requisitions according to operational needs
- Generates accurate Biostation reports to monitor staff attendance and asset register
- Supports the intra and inter-departments in all administrative functions
- Coordinates for travel and accommodation for guests and Senior Management as required
- Coordinates presentations when required for Senior Management
- Raises and Tracks PO/PRs within the facility
- Tracks Capex Requests
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- School completion + at least 1 year additional certificate course/diploma (e.g. secretarial course/Diploma in Business Administration etc)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Good English language skills required.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Good computer skills / knowledge of MS Office required.
- Has a charismatic approach towards the job
- Shows continuous interest and enthusiasm in performing the role

- Suggests improvements
- Excellent computer skills required
