Job Key Details
Prepare and update expense reports
In put financial transactions into internal databases
Evaluate and file payroll documents
Make sure accounts are accurately monitored and recorded
Settle invoices and identify discrepancies
Prepare profit and loss accounts sheets
Process and direct mail and incoming packages or deliveries
Plan meetings and appointments
Order and take stock of office supplies
Respond and direct phone calls to relevant staff
Be the point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
Process receipts, sales invoices and payments
Handle company’s payroll by processing wages and employee expense claims
Job Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
At least one to two years of experience in the same role required
Should be able to work with accounting software
Good communication skills required for the right candidate
Expertise in Ms Office suite particularly Tally ERP9
Must be a female Indian candidate on husband visa
Must be presentable, orderly with an outgoing personality
Excellent customer service skills required
