A Junior Business Analyst is required by an award-winning ICT company with almost 20 years' experience in the industry. The company focuses its business on software development, digital marketing services and consultancy.
The ideal candidate will be providing business analysis and technical writing assistance for new opportunities within the assigned markets. Duties include:
Assisting in the preliminary analysis of new web and software opportunities, using pre-defined metrics
Analysing the customerâs needs through studying their profile
Understanding potential pre and post implementation project risks
Participating in the initial discussions and sales meetings to clarify requirements
Coordinating the team to ensure the best solution is provided
Preparing detailed solution proposals
Planning project delivery dates in coordination with the Account Management team and Production team
Participate in company meeting and represent the company at events
Maintaining all contact information on the supplied CRM package keeping the confidentiality of information
Participating in educational opportunities to update personal knowledge.
