PROJECT-IN-CHARGE (CAMOTES AND ILOILO SITE)
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate plans and prelare estimates
- Pprepare construction documents
- Ensure that construction work is on or ahead of time
- Ensure that construction works are done according to plans
- Responsible for monitoring and preparing accomplishment reports
- Oversee project efforts
- Identify and resolve issues from the site
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) , Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Geodetic Engineering
- Minimum of 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably have experience in dealing with government agencies.
- Specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural .
- Proficient in Quality Focus, Design and Analyzing Information
- Strong Analytical and planning skills
- With strong background in mass housing and land development works
- WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN EITHER CAMOTES OR ILOILO
