Receptionist Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, including call logging or message forwarding to the office as a whole.
Greet, assist visitors or clients in a professional and polite manner at all times.
Verify visitor's appointment times and provide information regarding the office’s services.
Schedule appointments and meetings between real estate agents and clients by setting dates and timeslots that are convenient for both.
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail to intended recipients within the office.
Maintain calendar of events, agendas and appointments of settlement staff.
Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other organizations, firms, individuals and businesses.
Provide customer satisfaction and manage all office proceedings.
Ensure all documents were presented properly for transactions.
Receptionist Requirements:
Basic Education with minimum two years of experience in the same position.
Good command in English.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office application.
